Team

Invite team members, assign roles, and manage permissions for your workspace.

Overview

Abner workspaces support unlimited team members on all plans. Invite your co-founders, developers, and marketing team to share a single analytics dashboard.

Inviting members

  1. Go to your workspace settings and click the "Team" tab.
  2. Click "Invite member".
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join your workspace.

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke invitations from the Team settings page.

Roles

Each team member is assigned one of three roles:

Role Description
OwnerFull access to everything, including billing, account deletion, and ownership transfer. One per workspace.
AdminCan manage sites, invite/remove members, view all analytics, and configure integrations. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace.
ViewerRead-only access to the analytics dashboard. Cannot modify settings, sites, or team members.

Changing roles

Owners and Admins can change any member's role from the Team settings page. The workspace Owner cannot be changed to a lower role — instead, use "Transfer ownership" to designate a new Owner.

Removing members

Owners and Admins can remove team members at any time. Removed members lose access immediately. Their past activity is not deleted.
